1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (“Site”) or booking services through Acuity/Squarespace Scheduling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

2. Services

Bonny King-Taylor (“Provider,” “I,” “me”) offers coaching, counseling, consulting, and related services for professionals, including individual sessions, multi-session packages, workshops, and gift certificates. Services are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or legal advice.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in confidence. Information shared will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self/others, legal obligations).

4. Scheduling & Payment

  • Services are scheduled through Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity).

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Free offerings (e.g., Turning Point Assessment Call) require no payment but must be scheduled in advance.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Provider reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events.

6. Refunds

  • Coaching packages and gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Gift certificates are transferable to another recipient with written notice.

  • Refunds will only be issued in extraordinary circumstances at Provider’s discretion.

7. Use of Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be redeemed through Squarespace Scheduling. They may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused sessions expire one year from the date of purchase.

8. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions.

  • Take full responsibility for decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching process.

  • Acknowledge that Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, videos, frameworks, and tools — is the intellectual property of Provider and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or services. Coaching and counseling support are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates

Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
